Refund Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

7-day satisfaction refund

If OMFS Weightroom isn’t right for you, send a request through our support form within 7 days of your first purchase for a full refund. This applies once per person, to your first purchase only.

Monthly plan

Cancel any time from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for and won’t be charged again. Apart from the 7-day refund above, partial months aren’t refunded.

3- and 6-month packages

These are one-time payments for a fixed period and don’t renew. Apart from the 7-day refund above, they’re not refundable once the 7 days have passed.

6-month retake guarantee

If you bought the 6-month Study Package ($212.45) and don’t pass the ABOMS Oral Certifying Examination, we’ll give you a second 6-month Study Package free. To qualify:

• you bought the 6-month Study Package (not the monthly or 3-month plan) and it wasn’t itself a free package;
• you took the exam while your package was active or within 60 days after it ended;
• you send a request through our support form within 30 days of receiving your result, and provide a copy of the official result when we ask for it.

The guarantee is a free study package, not a cash refund, and is available once per person. A free package doesn’t itself carry another guarantee.

Billing problems

If you were charged by mistake or twice, tell us through the support form and we’ll fix it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
