Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains what Brendan Gallagher, DDS, doing business as OMFS Weightroom (“OMFS Weightroom,” “we”) collects, why, and your choices. We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t show ads.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and Google account ID from Google sign-in.
- Subscription: your plan, payment status and dates, and Stripe customer ID. We don’t receive your full card number.
- Study data: which cards you answered, your results and review schedule, and when.
- Voice: when you answer out loud, the recording is sent for transcription and the text is sent for grading. We don’t keep your recordings or transcripts; only the result (for example “knew it”) is saved to your progress.
- Technical: a sign-in cookie, and study results briefly saved on your device when you’re offline so they upload later.
How we use it
- To run your account, subscription and study sessions, and show your strengths and weaknesses.
- To grade and coach your answers, and to keep the service secure and working.
- To contact you about your account, billing or important changes.
Services that process data for us
- Google: Sign-in (your name, email and Google account ID).
- Stripe: Payments, receipts and subscription management; Stripe handles your card details.
- Vercel: Hosts the website.
- Supabase: Stores your account, subscription status and study progress.
- Deepgram: Turns your spoken answers into text.
- Anthropic (Claude): Grades answers and writes coaching, explanations and examiner questions.
- ElevenLabs: Generates the examiner and coach voices from question text.
Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own privacy terms. We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and study data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons (such as payment records).
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account through our support form.
- Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights too; we won’t treat you differently for using them.
- You can turn off microphone access in your browser or phone settings at any time; voice features won’t work without it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the service itself, and payment details stay with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
OMFS Weightroom is for adults (18+) and isn’t directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you about material changes.
